Mending Our Missing Hearts: Trauma Resources for Families & Children

Malden Reads is pleased to host a free forum for families and children to learn strategies and
resources for healing from trauma. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., with time to mingle and
hear live music.
The event is free and open to all. No registration required.
The forum is an opportunity for participants to learn strategies from various perspectives,
including:
● Mindfulness
● Art therapy
● Counseling
● Yoga therapy
● Book therapy
Practitioners from each field will share practical approaches to support families and children
and through difficult experiences. After the presentations, participants will have an opportunity
to ask questions.
